{/Day before the performance --

Sunday 9th may 2010.

I think most of you would probably know we performed on ian's Grandfather's BD, so here's just a couple of things that happened. 2 days ago, a day before the performance, we practiced in the studio (outcast as usual). After that, went to the nasi kandar sedap mamak store near Tbun. I fetched Gab, Brian fetched michael, and Micky, Grace, as usual. PY fetched Ian home then came to join us. We arrived there at approx 9:30pm. Sat there and ate the usual maggi goreng and indon mee for a few hours. I discovered a new mamak store drink called milo ais tabuh/dinosaur, well its called differently depending on which store you go to. Its basically milo ais but with additional milo powder added on the drink after it is made. PY ordered one 1st, then brian saw it and decided to get one, and so did nicky. After the dinner, it was already about 11. PS decided to leave 1st. THe rest of us were deciding whether to go cc or not. Skipping to the time Brian decided to go home, he discovered:

If you can't really see it, its his front passenger seat window. Got smashed and Michael's bag which was in it was stolen. He didnt really lose much though, just the bag and a pack of magic tricks. Brian was supposed to fetch him back, but as his car window was smashed, he told him to take a lift from me, but:

Yeah, mine was smashes too. Gab's bag was stolen. I thought we took the necessary precausion of placing the bag under the seat... Anyway, Gab lost his ikea working clothes and security card. Gonna cost him more paperwork i guess...

So anyway, nicky came and told me and I went check it out. Well...nothing much really happened after that. We stood around talking about it while Brian called his parents over. After everything, Gab walkedt back without the bag he left with, Michael took a lift from Brian's parents after missing his magic tricks and I went home with a broken window and shards all over the place. Brians's dad drove the damaged car back.

The carpark was full when we discovered the smashed windows but only half full when we arrived. Despite that, in the whole carpark, mine and Brian's were the only one to get robbed... (if someone else did get robbed, they've already left)
Now now IX, what did we do this time huh? (well...they're probably just after the bag, but seriouly, they must've gone flashing their torchlights into every car to have found those in our cars.)

Now the discussion part. I think the window wasnt smashed in one hit and probably not with something large. It's probably done slowly and there are two things to show that. One, all the shards fell into the car. After driving out, it didn't leave any trace that there was a car break in at that parking spot. I've seen shatter proof glass shards on the floor of a car park before that suggests that someone had their car broken into. Two, I was parked next to a huge black van with only enough space for a person to walk through, not enough space to swing anything huge.
